Dr. Carla Dubois
Dr. Carla Dubois completed her undergraduate medical education at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and her Family Medicine Residency at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. Dr. Dubois has been practicing office and hospital-based family medicine in since 2013. Areas of interest include preventive medicine and womenβs health.

Dr. Michelle Echum, M.D., CCFP
Dr. Michelle Echum completed her undergraduate medical education at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, and her Rural Family Medicine Residency at the Pembroke site of the University of Ottawa. Dr. Echum has been practicing office and hospital-based family medicine since 2016. Areas of interest include preventative health and palliative care.

Dr. Michael Long completed his undergraduate medical education at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and his Family Medicine Residency at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. Dr. Long has been practicing family medicine and emergency medicine since 2013. Areas of interest are emergency medicine and aesthetic medicine.

Dr. Jason A. Shack, BSc, MD, CCFP, FCFP
Dr. Shack received his MD from the University of Toronto and completed both his Rural Family Medicine Residency and his Family Practice Anesthesia Fellowship in the North with the Northeastern Ontario Family Medicine Program.Β Dr. Shack is a lifelong resident of Northern Ontario, being born and raised in Schreiber. Dr. Shack is an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean, Learner Affairs at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and is an active staff member at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
